Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a lovely experience overall. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and spacious, although slightly dated and in need of renovation. The service provided by the staff, who joined us for engaging happy hour wine tastings, was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from downtown Napa, offering easy access to great restaurants, bars, and shopping. The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious meals cooked by the in-house chef and a delightful evening wine and cheese hour. However, the facilities were good but could use some improvements.
My stay at this hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were well appointed and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Napa. The little complimentary treats and three chocolate truffles added a nice touch. The service was amazing, with a great breakfast to start the day and a truly sweet staff. The location was perfect for exploring the town on foot while being quiet and serene. While the dining experience was excellent with pastry items and cookies to die for, the facilities were top-notch and well-maintained.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although slightly dated, were beautifully clean and offered nice amenities like a fireplace, large tub, and even three chocolate truffles. The service was exceptionally personal, from helpful restaurant suggestions to evening wine tastings. The location was superb, walking distance to downtown Napa's dining and tasting rooms. However, the dining experience, while delicious, had limited options in the menu.
